Read more...The Club is in the unusual position of having crewing positions available on what are arguably one of the fastest and most exciting high performance sailing dinghies around – the mighty 18 foot skiffs.
Given the high performance nature of these boats, there are a number of minimum requirements that we ideally require for crews on these boats. We prefer to take on only crews that have experience on other “performance” type trapezed dinghies, such as other skiff classes, catamarans, etc.
For those interested, we also can arrange a skiff for you to campaign. A small charge applies which covers the cost of trailer registration and insurances, and you are also expected to maintain the boat in an appropriate sailing condition.
All inquiries can be made through the form below to our Rear Commodore, Christine Reid.
