Family and friends of the Hansa family, are invited to attend a Memorial Service to celebrate David Hansa’s life. David was a young sailor who tragically died last Saturday while sailing an 18 ft skiff in Brisbane.
The Memorial Service will be held at Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club, 24 Boreen Pde, Boreen Pt on SATURDAY, NOV 23, 2013. The family asks for an arrival at 3 pm to start the service at 3.30 pm, when people can say a few words if they should feel so.
The service is planned to be held on the beach, where David spent a significant part of his life. Afterwards family and friends are invited to come up into Lake Cootharaba Sailing clubhouse to share some food and memories. Please bring a plate of food to share. The bar will be open as well.
