Vale Paul Vivian
For those of you who may not have heard, Paul Vivian passed away on the afternoon of Tuesday 21 February. Paul has been a member of the Club for many years and was as active as he could be leading up to his hospitalisation as Club Captain and a regular rescue boat driver. He will be missed by all, especially those swimming sailors and also the thirsty and hungry ones.
Funeral details will be in the family notice in today’s (Friday 24th) Courier-Mail and the Club notice should be in Saturday’s. The funeral is to be held at 12.30pm on Thursday, 1st March at the Holy Trinity in the Valley – see paper for full details.
Our thoughts are with Elizabeth and Paul’s family at this sad time.
